It's highly unlikely that the indian telecom giants will demolish this access charge, coz there are making millions of $$$ with zero efforts.
3) So you are saying providing free calls to india is not possible, then how come there are providers who offer free calls to india? Whats the catch?
Yes. There are some providers who offer some promotional free calls to India. Those providers do incur the charge for connection but they take that charge on their head and give you free calls.
