Fring VOIP integrates ICQ

Fring, a leading mobile VOIP provider is on the roll. They just keep getting better. They already integrated MSN, Google talk, skype into Fring and now they grabbed ICQ.

Fring has consistently making an effort to prove that they are the best mobile VOIP providers. We all know that truphone is taking fring very seriously and after some good news in the T-mobile case, truphone is out to get Fring. However truphone has to think beyond mainstream features to start giving some serious competition to Fring.

Now Fring VOIP gives you a option to add your ICQ buddies to Fring and chat with them while you are roaming. You can use fring on 3g, Wifi, GPRS or EDGE. To add your ICQ buddies, simply go to Options –> Settings –> Configure Services, scroll down to select ICQ. Just add your ICQ number and password.

If you still didnt try Fring, you are seriously missing one of the best mobile VOIP application. I strongly recommend you get Fring if you have one of latest symbian/Nokia/Windows mobile handset.

At the same time, We at VOIP Guide feel Fring should give Free Calls to certain destinations like truphone is giving away free calls to 40 countries. Don't we all love free calls? You reading Jon (from Fring) :-)
