Unified Contact Center platform for Call Centers

Two heads are better than one, and Florida based Internet application service provider Promero, seems to have taken well to the proverb. Promero – a member of the Oracle Partner Network – has successfully integrated Oracle’s award winning call center software – Contact Center Anywhere – with Promero’s ProStar, ProStar CRM and Lead Manager and Nexogy’s VoIP softphone solution.

Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (formerly Telephony@Work CallCenterAnywhere) is a pre-integrated, multichannel contact center platform that takes communications from anywhere and routes them to anywhere. Promero has integrated the platform with ProStar – its intelligent call routing service; with Lead Manager – its customer relationship management and proprietary intelligent lead distribution software titles; and with Nexogy’s VoIP solution – Nexogy is a Promero preferred channel partner offering cost effective line solutions for small business, call centers, and work at home agents, allowing them to expand rapidly. Promero markets the new integrated turnkey solution as ProStar OnDemand

Essentially, OnDemand is the combination of the best software solutions that Promero offers in one single hosted platform. The winning combination provides the ability to make or take calls in a blended call center seat, compile customer information, and route callers to the most skilled agents Outsourced call centers can provide lead generation services with ease.

As with any other hosted contact center platform, OnDemand eliminates the need for the end-user to purchase expensive hardware, and works with existing phone system.

The successful certification of the unified platform provides call center owners and managers with access to best of breed award winning technology for a fraction of the cost of other hosted solutions, said Gregg Troyanowski, president of Promero. “In the past, poor voice quality via VOIP has been a recurring issue. With Nexogy and Oracle, the voice quality is exceptional and the stability is virtually 100%.

Not being speculative or anything, but the moves comes just within a few days of Microsoft announcing the completion of its own software-based VoIP program. And Promero is a part of the Oracle Partner Network. Who knows… maybe this is the first step in a bigger, much deeper project…
