Didn't like the fact that your friends and family have to use widgets or dial weird numbers in USA to call you? Then this solution should help you get one single number exclusively assigned to you. This is not given by Jaxtr, but with our tutorial you can create one.

step 1: you will need a jaxtr account.
step 2: sign up for a SIPnumber. now log into your account on the Calldigits
site(its funny but you can do this; just use your sipnumber username
and password.) on the calldigits site there will be an option to change
the caller ID to always pass your SIPnumber instead of the actual
number called from.
