Skype 4.1 Beta VOIP Software with WebEx Features


Skype has released a smashing update to their award winning VOIP Service. The all new Skype 4.1 Beta includes some of the advanced features only available on web conferencing softwares such as WebEx.

Skype has always been a leader in PC to PC based VOIP. VOIP is synonymous with Skype atleast to the newbies who don't know what VOIP is or what it can do for them. Skype has however gone beyond the basic VOIP service and has grown into a full fledged VOIP/SIP/Conferencing software which can it do all.

With the new Skype 4.1 Beta version, you can share your screen with any other Skype user on Windows, Mac or Linux. You can share your whole screen, or just a selection and most importantly it’s totally free.
Besides the screen sharing option, It also includes further refinements to audio and video call quality, bug fixes and accessibility improvements.

How to share Screen in Skype 4.1 Beta ?

To share your screen simply call a contact and in the conversations window click Share & Share Your Screen in the IM toolbar (in Windows) or Share > Share Screen (on a Mac). You can even select if you want to share your full screen or just a part of it.
