You need to call their access number 1-800-980-PHAD (7423), or 1-800-981-PHAD (7423) for Spanish, enter a destination number and listen to up to 30 seconds of audio commercial messages. Its best to dial a toll-free number from your residential phone line because cell phone carriers might charge for toll-free calls.
How long can i talk with 1-800-980-PHAD ?
When you are done listening to the advertisement. PHAD will automatically give you a 10 minutes talktime credit for that call and you can talk for upto 10 minutes. The call will disconnect after 10 minutes but you can repeat the procedure again for a new call.
Phad uses your area code and exchange of the originating call and inserts an appropriate audio advertisement.
